酒店的地理位置相当的好，虽然是一家20多年老牌的五星，但是服务素质还是很高的，值得推荐。稍微有点不满意的地方在于退房的时候，前台的退房速度相当较慢

前台服务太差，根本没有星级酒店从业人员的素质，尤其是男前台，有个个子高微胖男态度不错，其他男前台态度差，举止言语和**似的！早餐种类少了太多，饮用纯净水都没有，咖啡机也是坏的，早餐餐厅服务员一边打闹一边收拾碗筷，使我顿时无语！总体感觉还是怀念滨江万丽的时代，现在的滨江凯龙整体服务质量与水平下降了很多，今后不会再选择这个酒店了！
