对于老酒店而言，房间设施维护得还算不错了，但整体外观和大堂都显得旧了，有些四星以上酒店该有的设施也缺。卫生细节还需要提高，写字台的边缘陈旧污渍多，卫生间浴缸还有头发有待加强。早餐品种不多，特别是西式的少，咖啡也不是自动咖啡机现煮，显得落后了。位置很好，旁边起士林，对面音乐厅，正对地铁站。

酒店虽然年头久 但还是比较精质 两人订的双床房免费升级为套房 住的很舒服 床垫很好 软硬合适 前台帅哥邓小龙服务热情 为客人着想 前台美女帮我们多给了一个被子和换了一个荞麦皮的枕头 总之服务都很到位 评10分 下次来天津还会住的 谢谢酒店工作人员给我们在天津留下美好的回忆

还不错 相对老一点的5星。服务卫生都还不错，含早便宜，早餐还行。周边交通方便，边上就是购物的吃饭的，小白楼地铁站就在边上。退房可以到下午两点，方便。好评一下吧
