定了三间房，一间大床两间双床，晚七点到酒店被告知房间不在一个楼层，因为带老人和幼儿不住一个楼层不方便，但又太晚不能再选择其他酒店，只能临时拼床住。
客房一间卫生间没有手纸，另外两间厕所马桶冲水坏掉了，其中一间卫生间手纸是打开用过一半的，其中一间客房的空调不好用，五星酒店怎么会出现这么严重的问题？！
前台、客房、早餐厅的工作人员服务态度非常好，只有服务满分，其他都很差劲。绝对不会来第二次的酒店。

推荐带孩子住豪华亲子房或者亲子套房，小孩子一定很喜欢。但是酒店位置确实有点偏，附近什么都没有
