每次到空港都入住圣光，前台人员速度有些慢，每次等的时间稍微有些长，但是服务态度都很好，一直保持着微笑也很热情，酒店大堂有个甘肃的小男孩行李员，服务态度特别好，每次都跑过来帮我主动拉行李，装车，送我进客房，还帮忙主动开车门，每次都特别的热情，一直保持着优秀专业的态度，值得表扬！ 美中不足，每次晚上酒店大堂地面清洁人员，因为客人不知道地面哪里在做清洁无意中踩到，每次都能看到他们对即将过来的客人大喊大叫，特别蛮横无理，想着是保洁人员不容易，也懒得计较了，希望酒店可以多加管理，让人很不舒服。其余的都很不错。
