全家年三十来湖恒大酒店，初三离开，总体感觉还不错，环境、设施、设备、服务、形象都是很有水准。也有美中不足，一是年三十晚上，本人在浴缸泡澡，浴缸边上有装修留下裂缝，把手指划破岀血，由于年三十，也不太严重，本人也没声张。二是初二早上吃自助早餐，有个加碗碟的工作人员，可能发现碗里有东西，用手指在碗里边擦来擦去，而后放到碗架里，而且这个动作有好几次，我制止他，他还继续，我拿岀手机准备拍，他才紧张跟着我，我说你这种行为，让吃饭的人有什么感受，由于是过新年，老公不让我声张，影响他人用餐。这些小细节确实影响酒店品牌。总体还很好。

温泉套房面积非常大，适合祖孙三代来玩，池子也很大，足够7-8个人一起泡，而且还有麻将桌，家庭娱乐面面俱到！

都挺好，五星超级，打印几张纸还想收费，后来也说通了，没收，女服务员辛苦了，夜里也没有乱七八糟的人和事，身价过亿可常住。
