晚上8点多入住，接待人员态度冰冷，自己去找楼群和房间，房间卫生极差，预订的时候都不知道原来是五星级酒店店中的快捷酒店，甚至不如，游泳池还需加收费用，大堂经理的电话在早上8点到10点拨打4次都没有人接听。入住前一天刚从万豪转过来，感觉一下子掉到沟里，影响心情，入住体验极差，给五星差评!
