这家酒店真的让我很失望，首先，我们是清明节小长假前一天晚上到达的，到酒店时天已经有点嘿了！，酒店大堂的标识极其不清楚，停车场管理看到我们开错方向毫无反应；第二，进入大堂前台人员毫无反应，更别提笑脸相迎了，礼宾部无人值守，无行李车可用；第三，房间我定的是休闲双床房，而且连住2天，虽然不是最贵的房间，但也不是最差的，酒店给安排的房间位置极差，简直相当于无窗房，最让人无法接受的是卫生间的味道，让我以为我住在了粪坑里，简直比农村的茅厕还不逞多让！第四，酒店泳池工作人员，竟然对我们说一门直接回房间换泳衣，穿浴衣下来吧，因为只有她一个人值班，懒得给我更衣室，而且直接导致孩子着凉感冒了，我们是太还好说话，所以你们就这么服务吗？

酒店付房费非常麻烦，就一间房的房费刷了三遍信用卡，我住过那么多酒店还是第一次碰到，最后临离开的时候说在车上等会儿人停车场的管理员哄人赶快离开，真没见过五星级的酒店服务这么差的，总之不会再来了！太让人失望了
