酒店是天津环亚马球会馆的配套设施；也是对外开放的酒店；由于地点偏远因此商务或是旅游客人不多；多是会议；婚礼；或专业马球或马术比赛的住客。因此平时酒店的设施都比较疏于管理；且服务人员不多；餐饮水准不高；但是可以带孩子来；主要是体验一下骑马和感受观看马球的乐趣。

凌晨的酒店大堂是没有保安，没有前台人员的，打电话很久才有人接，说是应该去洗手间了，显然是因为住客少都休息去了。房间硬件设施都很好，但没有一本基础的服务指南，电话上没有标注前台分机，靠猜拨了0。总之，硬件一流，其它呵呵～
