酒店有些陈旧，各项设施均收费，办理入住退房很慢，主要是房间有事也是打给前台，工作人员一边办手续一边处理房务事宜。早餐不好，种类少，还是摆筷子的，现在这种星级酒店都是西餐餐具好吗。

已多次来恒大酒店，这里是蓟县最好的酒店，一如既往支持它，因为这里配套最完善，环境好，又在盘山脚下，很好的度假天堂，如果能提供从县城到酒店免费接送，会吸引更多市区的人来此度假，酒店方不防考虑一下。因为在蓟县四五星级酒店比较多，有些酒店为提高入住率还从北京免费接客人呢？
