我只想说，这是我住过的服务最差的五星酒店，没有之一！
1，打电话需要服务每次都是至少打三遍才有人接电话。
2，带着宝宝来住，需要多提供几瓶免费的矿泉水，服务人员告诉我每天最多再给两瓶！规定！
3，吃早餐能从食物里吃出头发！
4，酒店的服务人员问什么都是一问三不知，回答倒是非常统一，“我刚来没多久，不清楚！”
5，写字台上的留言簿里还有之前客人的写的反馈意见！酒店压根都没看？！

头一次这么用心写评价，总结是硬件不错，软件服务与五星级标准差太远。入住时前台无笑容，完全制式化办理，晚上八点应该是泳池健身的人流高峰，前台无人，无标识，一路靠保洁员引导，泳池服务台无服务员，池边无保洁员，管理混乱。早餐也就三星标准，菜品一般，厨师少，我就餐八点到八点半期间，半个小时蛋卷铺无厨师，咖啡也很一般。

房间不含早 因此入住前一天跟酒店销售联系过准备从美团上团早餐 销售说酒店有活动每位八十跟美团一样 既然这样不如直接挂房账 结果到最后退房的时候前台说早餐优惠活动早就结束了 可能大概也许销售没有接到通知……好吧 你们店大说了算
