越来越差的体验，从这家酒店新开业我就入住了，刚开始设备都很新，服务也好，还打来电话问我要不要办会员卡，说办了会员卡以后入住都会送饮品券，我觉得挺好的就办了，结果我每个月都会入住，只送了一次饮品券，等再去就说什么是会员也不送了，这不是骗我办理你们会员吗，通过这种方式来增加会员实在太恶心了！而且他们前台每个人说法都不一样，我入住的时候说不给券了，等退房的时候问，前台又说昨天忘给您了吗？那我补给你，让我觉得还是有这个福利，结果等再去又说没有了！你们拿顾客开玩笑呢啊一会儿有一会儿没有！然后有一个态度不好的男的，说是大厅经理吧，说他可以负责的告诉我就是没有！这种骗取会员的方式实在让人不能接受！再说卫生间的下水问题，我第二次入住就发现房间的淋浴下水堵了，洗澡流出去一地的水，都服了！垃圾酒店

新开的酒店，房间面积蛮大，设施很好，性价比可以说非常高。但服务人员明显缺乏礼貌和培训。
有一天回到酒店，梯卡失灵，去找前台。前台冷冰冰问:你去哪一层？找谁？我说我是十层的住客，我要回自己房间。前台又问:你去十层找谁？无语。。。
退房当天寄存了行李，晚上取行李的时候被告知看行李的工作人员去吃饭，把钥匙拿走了，让我和其他住客等着。。。
这样的服务，说是洲际旗下酒店，也是难以相信。
