这是我住过的最差的国际连锁五星级酒店没有之一：1、酒店的硬件是符合五星级酒店的标准的，整体的维护管理太差了；2、前台的服务员态度凶悍且很恶劣，我是见过高冷的服务员，但是第一次见到训斥客人的服务员；3、房间有股怪味，还能到处可见小飞虫，搞的晚上难以入睡；4、毛巾经过若干次清洗后磨损严重也不换成新的，中间破洞了还拿给客人用，简直太过分了，快捷酒店也不致于这样！5、早餐到结束时间前也没人通知再取些，就直接收东西了。总之管理和服务太差了，同样作为天津人觉得管理成这样太丢人了！！！
