体感觉不错，地理位置略微远离一点，交通还算方便，紧邻天津外环，周边属于高档环境社区。酒店是新装修的，旁边是天津警备司令部，好像酒店属于警备司令部的士兵管理，很安全。所有设施以及装修都很新，档次很高，房间面积很大，采光很好，配套设施完善，停车场宽裕。

如果你到津南或者西青出差，这家酒店还是可以考虑的，酒店环境幽雅，饭菜质量上乘，不过对周边环境就不要期待，可以用四个字来形容，不毛之地。

这里的硬件设施真心不错，377元物超所值。但是这里有一个特点，由于隶属警备司令部，早晨大院里面高音喇叭6点半开始播放广播（新闻和报纸摘要）。我睡得正香呢，一下子就凌乱了。大喇叭持续广播一个小时。崩溃啊！
