酒店位置还算不错，在一个别墅区，周围绿化很好，空气清新～端午假期人很多，泳池更衣柜不足，去的时候告知没有更衣柜了，健身房器材摆放太紧凑，以至于这台器材在使用，其他人无法在浪花器材使用。早餐种类还算不少，西式早餐味道不错，中式早餐味道差是很多星级酒店的通病。早餐用餐人数太多，服务员根本忙不过来。本来下午2点可以入住，但却将近五点才打扫完房间。

盘山一带唯一五星级亲子酒店，设施很新，酒店很大，房间很舒适，床很软。中餐西餐都中规中矩，价格适中，懒得出去再酒店吃也不错。最重要的是有万豪的服务精神。而不像有些国内酒店管理公司管理下的五星亲子酒店，如某大某湖酒店，五一期间早餐那叫一个乱噪噪，密云古北水镇门口哪家五星级也是这种类似国内酒店管理公司，确实不行。服务跟不上，管理效率，执行力都跟不上。
