非常满意的入住体验。国庆期间带俩娃来玩。定的开放式套间，因为前台是一位实习的人员接待的。打开房间发现没有打扫，换房的时候给我们主动升级，并送给孩子玩偶。非常感谢。
娃不小心把书包落在了第一个房间，前台主动让人帮忙送到??房间。礼宾小哥主动帮我们送行李到房间。
总之，一切服务让人觉得宾至如归，对比后面又住的英迪格，我想下次来天津我们还会选择这里。

一般，前台服务不好，前台人员排成一排，人不少，但谁也不愿意干事儿，。前台电话没人接，永远显示电话忙。管理人员要抓紧管理这混乱现象，如还这样放任自流你们就会成为中国酒店的反面教材了。三楼晚加餐不错，服务人员非常棒。

定的一室公寓，确实很大，看到我们带孩子还给安排了亲子房间，里面有秋千滑梯帐篷爬行垫，还有各种毛绒玩具，硬件设施倒是齐全，可是和想象的很不一样，一千多一晚的价格，五星级酒店，实在是太老旧了，就是那种拍出来看着还凑合，可实际上感觉脏兮兮的样子，反正挺失望的。有停车楼，从二楼连廊进入，前台领停车券。早餐还可以，中式的西式的天津特色的...毕竟价格不便宜嘛
