很有意思的酒店喔。。。。老老的房子里住着好多的灵魂啊，跟他们交流起来特别有意思，当然胆小的，他们也不理你。。。。。。在那点了海底捞外卖，自己到旁边的超市买了吃的要出去可以自己做，开开心心的住了两天过了一个生日。

总体来说都不错，提几点建议，房间的地毯应该更换了，洗不出来了看着显得很旧。窗户的百叶窗也旧了应更换。客厅沙发也显得旧。其实装修没几年，但家具老化还是很快的。其他的都不错，马桶可冲洗很舒服，热水也好。服务也到位。

之前在五大道参观，来过一次庆王府，这次来玩特意定了山益里的房间，酒店设施完备，配有微波炉跟电磁炉，还有免费的碳酸饮料，服务优质，设计颇具心思，配备了智能马桶，非常适合家庭出游。早上的特色早餐味道不错。地理环境优越，下次有机会还会来住

酒店地理位置极佳，闹中取静。房间布局合理，隔音效果非常好。虽然是满房，但几乎看不到除服务员外的其他住客。早餐可以直接选择客房用擦。停车位置比较少，如果不能停在酒店门口的车位，只能停在离酒店步行五分钟的民园地下停车场。但是停车费巨贵！美中不足，由于天气返潮再加之老房子改造，卫生间有股下水道的异味。

这个价位，这个房型，房间陈设和设备也是很不值。如果不是庆王府，就跟快捷酒店的感受差不多，床还会响。感受并不好。
