酒店位置几周边环境不错，交通便利，房间卫生也很好，家具及卫生间都与星级匹配，唯一的缺点是客房的门略显老旧，需要更换一下。

办理入住时，没有提要求，前台必定给的是朝背面的，低层楼的房间。没有地暖，空调也是入住后开的，结果入住4小时，房间温度不超过15度。技术人员来看了，才说楼层太低，所以偏冷，前台说换到15楼回暖和些，那既然知道这个情况，而且宾馆几乎没有多少客人的情况下，为什么偏偏要安排到低层楼呢？而且搬楼层的时候说前台只有一个工作人员，要客人自己收拾好后下楼换房卡，换房，全程没有工作人员帮助，这个是五星级酒店吗？就这个服务水平和对待客户的理念，应该是二星级都上不了吧，总之本人是不会再去住了，也强烈建议大家不要再去了。
