毕竟是5星酒店，设施好，房间干净、整齐,但是服务真不敢恭维！入住前一天交付前台工作人员1800元预付款，因为我方来的是重要客人，办手续时还一再叮嘱服务员，将手续做好。可是第二天客人进入酒店发现竟然没有预定记录，客人无法入住！让我们接待方很没有面子，协调了1个小时，场面很是尴尬。作为5星级酒店，这样的服务情何以堪！！！质疑：5星级酒店有没有培训和教育，5星达标吗？！1小时以后酒店找到入错账的手续，才安排客人入住，只是敷衍对不起，草草了事。对你们的服务我们表示很气愤，给我司造成的影响很恶劣。万丽天津宾馆——差评！！！
