8月18日，16:40到店，前台排起了两条长队，排了2 0分钟后,办理入住，说房间没有打扫完。
8月19日，11:40退房，前台又是排队。这不是五星级的水准。
说是早餐到10:30,10:10就开始收拾东西了，太差劲

宾馆很气派，服务生很热情的要帮拎包推箱子。前台很耐心的听取了我们的住宿需求后给了十分满意的安排。11楼的行政餐很不错，早餐自助也很丰富也都很好吃，咖啡还可以带走喝。不过千万要在8点前吃，晚了就会排队。酒店旁边有个鼎泰轩太坑太贵，不如酒店自助好。健身房很棒，泳池是娱乐型的，大人小孩都能玩，还有桑拿，十分齐全，酒店简介里根本看不出来。
房间内标准5星该有都有，不足是隔音效果不好，隔壁一家子也很差大晚上的开电视声音很大吵到宝宝了。下次还会去住！
