游泳池设计很差，水温冷，没有给孩子的浮板，没有桑拿 更衣室离得远 档次很低。房间一般，早餐一般。总之和星级价格都不符。

整体不错，儿童游戏室有点小，早餐叫sam的小伙子服务很热情，很到位。行政餐厅个子不是很好，留着马尾的姑娘服务特别好，儿童椅没有，跑出去给找了一个，笑很真实，很温暖，如果再去，还会住那里。闺女说，比香格里拉好。 浴缸边上感觉清洗不是很到位，其他服务都很满意。 对了，冰箱的饮料居然是收费的，附上说明就好了。 整体满意

停车方便，老外不少，房间挺大，位置很好，大堂酒吧夜间太吵，房间没有剃须刀，衣柜门关不严夜间漏光，服务人员态度很好...

老酒店，住的高级套房，装修有点老旧，双人床上竟然放了六个小枕头，睡的很不舒服！服务一般，在客房点了餐，吃完后，出门开会时在房门上挂了打扫房间的牌子，晚上回来时发现只做了夜床，吃完的餐具没有收走……醉了……难道是认为我还会继续吃吗？！早餐非常一般，要客人自己签到，双早还要两个人分开签……五星级酒店住的多，像这样还是第一次……

这个酒店服务是非常不错的，前台接待很热情舒服。只是酒店有些年头了，设施有些老。其他的其实也还好，我就觉得这个电视可以换一换，跟北京那个老保利的简直一毛一样。
