酒店设施太老，早餐一般，没有行政酒廊，和以前去过的其它地方开元有差距。所谓的海景行政房也看不到海，只能看到通往海的一条河。如果商务出行，档次不够。唯一称道的是，我离店时拉下了衬衫，酒店打电话给我后邮寄给了我。当然，邮递费是我出的，各位不要有不合理期望。

优点：服务不错，保安和服务员都笑容可掬；入住后送水果；地理位置尚可，距离环球购、极地海洋馆和滨海图书馆都不算远；停车方便，适合自驾；拥有自己的餐馆，口味和性价比都过得去；采用温泉水，房间内就可泡汤，四楼也有温泉洗浴，酒店客人免费；早餐品种还算丰富，营业时间也足够长；电梯较多，上下楼方便。不足：客房内的颜色搭配、设计及设施显得档次不够，没有豪华感；早餐空间狭窄，遇到高峰经常排队；早餐个别菜品准备不足，有一天煎饼居然没有薄脆；大厅还搞一个鞋品展销，显得星级酒店掉身份；隔音效果一般，隔壁熊孩子的叫声和大人说话声能听清；淋浴间密封不好，洗澡渗水；自助餐房客半价，但在网上团购反而更便宜；酒店周边步行范围内餐馆不多。

酒店房间没有其他地区连锁店的大、亮堂。这个店不带泳池，健身房还不错，温泉就是澡堂而已。房间电视能看的台不多。中餐厅的几道菜还不错。位置比较偏点，周围没有商超、饭店之类。此次住宿，不是很开心，有插曲，还好解决的比较及时，且态度还不错。健身房
