礼宾员冯晓暄行李服务工作热情积极，态度很好，很符合五星级服务标准，形象阳光开朗，前台接待张昊，曹梦楠办理入住速度快，设施设备很好，还送了欢迎水果。

酒店位置挺好找的。
房间虽然装修没几年，但是维护的细节挺差的，地摊太脏，卫生间的防滑垫都黑了，发霉。
河景房没有想象中那么好，外面是码头，运输的船比你不好看，海河也不美。
很多孩子入住，可能奔着亲子吧。
温泉不是那种有温泉大厅的戏水场馆。就是小浴池，男的那边池子还多点3个，男女不通。
有自助洗车，挺好的，自己把车刷一下，很方便，小哥很热心的帮忙指导。
早餐不错，印度小哥给做煎饼，哈。
价格在附近还是很很有竞争力。
希望卫生有提升。
