酒店位置不错，离极地海洋世界不远，带孩子游玩住这里很方便，旁边的生活馆里面有吃饭的。酒店服务不错，不过酒店的毛巾实在是有点太旧了，其他还可以，法压壶配的咖啡粉味道还不错。酒店前面有一大片马鞭草，特别美，孩子们特别喜欢。酒店的游泳池人也很少，还有一个儿童池，水质很好。整体来说，性价比不错，带孩子住还是很舒适的。

房间不错，儿童乐园太小，早餐自助味道普通，服务人员和星级对比一般，早晨开车到酒店门口，可能是有婚宴的堵在门口上下人，保安人员就在旁边看着一点疏导行动没有，门口车停的乱七八糟的，真不像五星级酒店的门前。总之，不适合带孩子居住，而且综合性价比一般。

一千多元的酒店，设施陈旧，床头没纸巾盒，厕所没脏衣篓，马桶边没垃圾桶，卧室没垃圾桶，电话是坏的，连住三晚都没修。罄竹难书……

出行都选五星酒店 服务和设施没得挑，房间干净 床品舒服，服务热情。孩子最喜欢的泳池 水温好 干净 人少，对住店客人免费，没有定早餐。酒店旁边就是伊势丹百货和泰达生活馆 吃饭购物很方便，尤其日料很便宜，在滨海新区住喜来登很便利，环境好 还有一个薰衣草花田在附近 下来滨海还住喜来登
