对服务绝对的差评！要不是因为会议在这，绝不会在这住！是我住过所有的酒店服务最差的一家！我们定了三个房间，我是最先办理入住的，我要一号楼 前台告诉满房！后面两间房，是在我之后开的，却全都住在一号楼！
二号楼是温泉那边，设施差，走的远不方便！并且超级冷！！对这种骗子服务绝对的差评！！房间留着你们都自己住啊！！

1 到达酒店，找不到前台 2 办理入住后要走到另一个大楼里入住，好几百米 3 早餐位置与入住的大楼相距甚远 4 酒店房间内地上不干净，灰尘大 5 酒店服务人员太少，问路的都找不到。6 早餐券没主动给我，是我早上再次去前台索要，搞了5-6分钟才给我。其他就不说了，非常糟糕的一次入住体验！

前台接待李萍真让客人崩溃，酒店开发票没开对，打电话沟通补开，这位李萍让那个客人重复名字十多遍，说她听不清，让大点声，客人声音大到嗓子都哑了，还说听不清。结果换个前台接电话说一次就听清了。搞什么？耍客人呢？这样的素质就别做前台接待了！
