订的大床房、晚上十一点被床咯醒了、才发现酒店是用两个单人床拼在一起当作大床房给我的、欺骗消费者！！！再也不会住！！！

酒店位置很好 外卖都很方便 离市中心繁华区域滨江道和平路金街步行五分钟 就在酒店斜对面 总体来说不错

天津最喜欢的酒店之一，个人认为是天津性价比最高的五星酒店。全五星除了设施是4星因为酒店很多设备由于时间原因有些老化，但是能看得出酒店在很认真的维护了。
位置：紧挨着滨江道商圈，地铁步行3分钟，楼下711，对面伊势丹。交通便利，地理位置极佳。
服务：上次住这儿还是2017年，之前服务一直让我不太满意，但是这次入住的服务明显改进了很多。唯一要批评的是酒店门童基本等于摆设，推着两个箱子进酒店，别说帮忙提行李，开门都不会主动帮忙，就站在那里看着。五星级酒店的门童不应该是门神吧？
优点：房间面积可以说是天津第一，最基础的大床房都有60+的面积。在很多酒店这个配置已经是小套房了。卫生间很大，完全的干湿分离，内有独立衣帽间，超大镜子，落地窗前浴缸，完美夜景。床品很舒服，枕头软硬适中，并且有多种枕头可供选择。综合设施满足五星级酒店的标准。
缺点：建议换了房间里那个bose音响，太旧了
