管家kirsty 很贴心，服务很专业，免费提供了咖啡服务。 推荐的餐厅也很好吃，酒店的地理位置真的一个大优势，出门就是恒隆广场，再往前走走就是滨江道，很热闹的一条街。从酒吧后门走，就能到海河边，天津的夜景真的很美！！

第一次入住，前台kathy小姐姐很nice的帮忙升级了房型，可以看到海河的风景，管家小姐姐的服务也很棒，帮我们拿行李送到房间，介绍了管家服务还有酒店设施，忘记管家叫什么了，是个戴眼镜的小姐姐～ 房间装修有点老，但是工作人员服务态度很好。

前台办入住的Jasmine效率很高，免费做了房间升级，态度友好，办完入住后还有管家送我到房间，介绍酒店设施。 不得不说，海河的夜景是真的很美，晚上从酒店后门出去，就能到海河边散步，还有唱歌的，海河风吹着听着音乐很舒服。早上起来还能享受管家服务的现磨咖啡，很棒。

做为万豪白金会员，我非常相信万豪系列品牌的酒店。这家瑞吉综合水准保持住了，但是服务上要加强，有我是前台，服务速度很慢很乱比较糟心需要加强。
