总体来说很满意。卫生间的卫生袋是要自己套吗，还有就是离店时间准时准点锁上房门导致就相差三分钟进不去有些不人性化啊，其实可以先打电话与客人确认再做决定，或者办理入住时就应该提前告知。

停车场竟然没指引，全靠自己找；而且停车场好破，好像要住的是100块的宾馆。4部电梯里，其中两部电梯里有人的呕吐物，没人发现；房间温度一直很低，调了空调也没用。床太软；

感觉不好，前台服务人员态度一般，离店咨询发票的事半天得不到回复，问投诉电话也只能找大堂经理，以后可能不会选择威斯汀了
