五一出行，去的，好在天津不大，附近吃饭没有什么地方。距离海河很近。不知道为什么，除了前台的服务人员看到笑脸外，餐厅，客房的服务员都没有笑脸

大堂五星，内设四星，服务三星。作为五星级酒店没人开门，没人主动问好，都傻呆着，房间冰箱上锁无法打开我都醉了……下次不会住了，本来定了沈阳的文华，准备退了，还是祝别的吧。不值得这个价格。
