带着孩子给免费升级了个河景房，前台小姐姐很热情很有耐心，礼宾部的服务员也都很热情，每次进大堂都会主动问我需要帮助吗？早餐中规中矩，酒店位置不是很市中心但是去景点打车基本20块钱以内，不算远，唯一有缺点就是房间的卫生情况有待改善，窗户台上的灰厚厚一层，感觉平时不太打扫，其他都不错！

一家出游，酒店很好，孩子超喜欢，前台服务非常好。有24小时送餐。十一点饿了还能叫卤肉饭，只是饭不是很热，应该是从冰箱拿出来后加热时间不够。地铁要走十分钟左右，去玩基本要转线。不是太方便，但性价比很高。

酒店位置很好，就在海河边上，虽然不在海河最繁华的地段，但风景依然漂亮，而且安静很多，晚上在海河边散散步，很舒服。酒店大气，房间温馨舒适，床特别软，第一晚还不太适应。早餐丰盛，美味，价格也合理，游泳池头一天水温较凉，第二天去暖和很多了，整体非常好，爸妈和孩子都意犹未尽。

出差入住假日酒店，各方面都很好，床和枕头都很干净舒服，热水不错，报了会员还得到了免费的欢迎饮料，前台服务很赞，之前手指破了点皮，打电话，马上送来了创可贴，响应迅速，床头就有usb充电口，不用自带插头，很方便，早餐种类比较齐全，该有的都差不多，现煎鸡蛋和煎饼果子，咖啡果汁粗粮面包，满意的入住，下次来办事还住这里

哈哈，本来在送餐问题上有点儿不悦，但酒店非常重视，大堂经理和西餐厅经理还亲自来了，挺不好意思，处理的非常好。
