预定的家庭套房，房间够大，套房有两个房间两张床，一张双人床一张单人床。房间里微波炉、电冰箱、餐桌、柜子配备还是很齐全的。房间不开暖风也不感觉太冷，密闭型还是不错的。但是卫生间的下水是真的不行，洗脸盆、洗澡盆没洗几下都会出现严重积水。酒店提供免费停车，但需要向前台索取停车券。二楼有中式餐厅，曾经作为《舌尖上的中国》的拍摄地，价位也还OK。总之，性价比还是相当不错的。

设备有些陈旧。空调太差，声音大得很，而且制暖调到30度且高风情况下几乎没有效果，被冷了一晚。第二天果断换了同价位的另一家店，空调太棒了！换对了。

垃圾酒店，一点不人性化。没入住都不给退款，反正已经打给315投诉了。在没有产生任何费用的情况下，强买强卖，还大酒店，坑爹。维权路上不会停止，各大网络网站也会曝光酒店这种行为。对于网络预订的渠道也会进行工商介入

洒店很好找，交通方便，就在古运河边，附近就是无锡广播电视台，各类饭馆、小吃店很多。酒店大堂大气有档次，服务人员和蔼可亲，主动帮忙拿行李，虽然房间较小、设施旧了，但也算整洁卫生，酒店还有游泳池，住店客人可以免费使用，也算是个小惊喜。
