酒店前台服务真的很贴心，办理入住特别快，我们带着小宝宝来西安看病，大堂经理给我们免费升级了房间，大堂的行李生，和漂亮小姐姐帮我推婴儿车，拿行李，送我们回房间，然后又体贴的给宝宝送来了婴儿车，很感谢，临走的时候，下大雨，大堂经理白经理，和小倩帮我们打车撑伞，前台主管冯女士还给我们的宝宝送了纪念品，太感谢了。下次入住我们会再次选择这里，感谢你们的细心照顾和服务。

酒店套房比较大，但香水味比较重，妈妈在酒店走失了，谢谢酒店工作人员帮忙调监控，还有帮忙出来找，还好妈妈最后自己逛回来了，吓了一跳。
