带着女朋友来西安旅游，来天朗入住是我西安之旅最舒适满意的一次入住，客服经理小雪的服务超级nice，主动带我们办理入住，又送我们去房间给我们送加湿器，净化器，由于我女朋友有些感冒，小雪还特意给我们送来了蜂蜜水，在此特别感谢，给她点赞。下次来西安还找她办入住。

过节期间顺便带儿子来西安旅游，初次入住天朗酒店，给人第一感觉就是酒店的大堂很大气上档次，听说是五星级酒店，不过确实从装修上就可以看出来以金黄色为主色调很喜欢，大堂的客服经理还专门帮我们拿行李，服务很周到，前台人员态度也很热情，入住期间每晚还有水果赠送，服务人员也对我们比较关注，感觉是一家很温馨的酒店，离店时，客服经理还专门为我们送来了西安的手绘地图，看起来对我们还挺实用，如果有机会下一次还会来这家酒店入住。
