凌晨四点多才到的酒店，然后第二天看了下酒店的设备，说是升级套房，其实挺小的，洗手台是歪的，然后浴缸也有点脏，不知道是不是没房间的原因，是走廊最后一间房间，一般吧，没有特别好，洗手台的下面都坏了，当晚入住上厕所的时候马桶也没有清洗干净。地理位置还可以不是在钟楼附近，但是做地铁很方便

微信上按照五星豪华的分类定的酒店，过去从前台开始前台接待的服务态度就超级超级差，说话摆一张脸！给我安排在B座，中间有一个过道然后再去另外一栋楼，也没有礼兵带路！进到电梯，电梯特别破，楼道也是一样的陈旧！房间进去特别简单陈旧！卫生间里边角落里以及桌面上都是灰尘！空调很暖和，客房服务员我要了2瓶水也特别积极！服务态度也很好！第二天我去吃早餐，首先是需要早餐券用餐，我没有带又回到房间取了一次，进到餐厅，早餐都是各种炒菜，粥！我过去连粥都没有了，我跟服务员要，服务员说没有了！我说那我吃一个你们的煎饼卷菜吧，他也说煎饼没有了，只有菜！你们说说我还能吃什么！服务员，厨师都是很不耐烦的说，没有了，没法做了！
