酒店位置方便，去哪都方便，进入大堂后他们大堂都服务人员很热情很礼貌，态度很好，问候我们让我们很暖心，我一向不爱出来旅游因为感觉到了陌生都环境不习惯，这次儿子非要让我来，来到这个酒店后让我感觉很不一样，完全没有了陌生都感觉，当天圣诞节，儿子有事外出我一个人在房间前厅的工作人员为我送了平安果及祝福感谢。另外两个小姑娘还为我送了加湿器和空气净化器，令我很感动，这个酒店真的让我很满意以后会再来西安
