这件事让我确定给予差评，1：我附图上的订单信息写的是酒店前台提供发票，预定是我特别留意这项，因为以前遇到过艺龙提供发票的需要邮寄，特以后每次我都选择酒店前台提供，可是退房的时候酒店前台不提供而且态度很差，就是一副你定的是便宜房的鄙视态度，而且解释就是你定的是特价房，我给订单信息给她看，豪华大床房不是普通的而且并没有碰到特价字样，总之就是不提供，后经过艺龙协调补10个点税金，艺龙让我随后拍照返回10个点税金的形式解决。总之这样一个为了私利连国家税收都逃避的酒店，我不知道他们的干净卫生从何谈起！

房间大卫生干净卫生间干湿分割有免费停车场周边小吃很多。最好住7层以上因3，4，5层是娱乐餐饮晚上有点吵。
