服务态度极差，几个前台都是一脸怒气的，含双早的房间住6天最后两天不给早餐，说是餐厅不开了，问他能不能退早餐费或者给别的早餐，就懒得搭理我，打扫卫生厕所手纸不加，打电话要7点打，11点都没人送，房间赠饮也是一天有一天没的，问前台就说不提供，我不知道为啥旅游城市的服务行业态度如此恶劣，是我这么多年出差经历里住的最不爽一次
