这些年来住店旅游碰到的少之又少的超级有爱的酒店了，酒店整体都透着有爱，也是在网上看到这家评论不错才入住的，没有想到真的是超级棒，我们的管家阿作帅气又阳光的大男孩，热情贴心，细致的帮我们规划路线让我们少走了很多冤枉路，玩的非常愉快，酒店打扫卫生的阿姨们也特别棒，每天来打扫都会把衣服叠的特别整齐，房间打扫的特别干净。真是有种家的温暖，还有他们手写的小纸条都透露了有爱二字，来张家界选这家酒店真的很棒。酒店狗狗也特别萌，哈哈…

酒店就在车站隔壁，走路一分钟，到武陵源门票站和黄龙洞都有公车直达，出门就能坐非常方便。前台服务非常好，进店送了水果，早上还送了早餐卷。晚上打电话问是不是有烘干服务，马上就有工作人员送来了烘干机。还有管家帮我们安排行程。客房环境也挺好的，设施很新，卫生合格。虽然价格比别的客栈稍高，但是体验非常好，想了一下找不到什么缺点，不会后悔的选择，推荐。

在张家界森林公园玩了两天，第二天从山上下来还是住在湘西之恋，因为第三天的行程是大峡谷。不得不说酒店的位置实在是非常便利，就在汽车站的旁边，去到哪里都方便。酒店的装修还不错，干净，服务非常好。早餐品种虽然不是很多，但是足够吃饱吃好。值得推荐。
