房间干净…酒店的位置也安静…而且离商业街很近…隔壁就是汽车站和公交站…交通便利…连住了3晚…酒店里服务很周到…天气热还很贴心的送上绿豆沙…重点是酒店还会提供管家式服务…特别谢谢芳芳…会在出游前一天联系我说些注意事项…到了酒店还会根据自己的行程再细化和规划…点赞点赞酒店还有只温顺金毛超可爱……

服务员太热情了，每天都有送水果，前台也有准备冰饮料和水蜜桃自助。服务员还会根据天气给我们一个比较适合的森林公园游玩行程，真的很不错。

非常好的一家酒店，装修很有湘西风情，很有格调，酒店服务员很热心亲切，会推荐指导我们出游，酒店早餐品种不多，不过汤面和汤粉味道不错，很好吃。汽车站就在旁边，出行也很方便。下次再来武陵源还会入住。

一行6人入住了3晚，环境棒棒哒，就是去张家界市区有点远，管家小哥又帅又温柔，每晚还有水果赠送，满分好评!!!

这家店很有当地特色，服务热情，特别是前台的小姑娘很礼貌很热情的帮助规划行程。晚上还送了牛奶助眠。很是贴心周到。不过说实话价格偏高，希望酒店继续努力吧。br定的大床房升级一家亲房，谢谢
