首先这家酒店我们是在网上经过比较之后找过去的，网上评价前台态度好，服务热情，结果这家号称国际大酒店的的前台服务是我住过的酒店里面最差的一家，帮我们办理入住手续的某位前台服务员我想是不是酒店里面里面那位经理的亲属，要不为什么这么差的态度会留在前台。为什么对于顾客的问题会一问三不知，要么回答不知道，要么回答自己去网上查，最后找了前台经理出来才算解决问题，谢谢前台的经理积极的帮我们处理问题让我们住的还算满意。

酒店位于澧水河边，正门在一个坡上，有停车场，很安静的地方，酒店属于那种中规中矩的，早餐也蛮好的，到机场20分钟的路程，而且是机场大巴免费送的站点，很给力！

好美的风景，好美的酒店，在房间里就可以看到天门洞。这是我在张家界住的最舒服的酒店，早餐也很丰盛，搭配的很有营养
