酒店环境不错，安静舒适，房间干净。不足的是连着两天，碰到的前台服务人员是同一个女孩，面无表情说话爱理不理，回到房间打电话要一双一次性拖鞋，客服居然告诉我说要收费，我经常出差，还是第一次碰到一次性拖鞋要单另收费的。四星级的酒店不该出现这样的情况，希望能改进。
