酒店硬件不错！但承诺履行不到位，如连住2日减10元，头晚送果盘等。这倒是小问题，千万不要相信一楼旅游部的低价旅游，特别是散客拼团，其合作的天从旅游就是个骗子团伙，等你上了车，就骗你人如何多，如何排队，原行程如何不合理……必须按他新行程来，必须增加新自费景点，买通票，每人再交660！垃圾景点，门票都是近百元，完全不值……最主要是感觉被当傻子耍，好心情都没了！
