酒店服务特好，让人感觉很亲切，床品看起来非常干净，灯光效果温和，周边环境好，出门就是沿河观光带，晚上带上家人散步的好去处！

我是自驾的，所以说酒店位置稍微远离了市区一点，但对我影响不大。酒店对面就好一条吃饭的街，吃饭很方便。酒店内部设施比较齐全，我订的是标准双人房，我和爸妈都住的非常舒服。前台服务也是非常友好，效率很高，再加上春节时期能有这样的价格，非常的不错，下次再自驾张家界，也会继续订通达！

整体室内外环境都不错，交通方便，下高速十分钟路程，去市中心五分钟路程，去天门山十分钟路程，注意我们都是自己开车。有免费停车和早餐，房费价格实惠，整体服务不错，就是没有给房间一次性拖鞋，打电话要拖鞋还要收费，有点不符合四星级。其他都很好，下次去还会住！

服务不够热情，环境一般；
不在市区，周边没有什么餐饮；
早餐很一般，可能是赶上旅游旺季，早餐厅人感觉很拥挤，而且很多人似乎在抢食物，餐桌也很脏，没给我留下什么好感，印象中还是四星级，不知道怎么评定的。。。

酒店白天空调的温度被管理部设定死了，无法调低，打电话要求将温度设低，客服回复白天空调检修中，如果热酒店可以提供风扇，晕！我住的可是四星级的酒店哦
