位置还可以，离广州不远。是在恒大山水城里面的，旁边就是住宅小区。
卫生还不错，客服和周边工作人员都很有礼貌，路过都会打招呼。
唯一不足的是停车位不多，而且还在装修。

第二次去了，设施还是挺新的，环境很好，房间很大，床也舒服，家人非常满意，早餐也不错，前台的工作人员态度很好，满意

前台服务挺好，房间可以，就是入住前建议酒店帮忙开窗或开空调散下味。 现在没有一次性牙刷，要跟酒店要。打电话给客房服务热线，很快就送来了，但阿姨多加了句话让人心情很不爽。那阿姨说：以后住酒店时你可以入住时直接找前台要的，因为我们也很忙的。 虽然他说话语气还好，但说话内容让人很生气。。。。。差点就想说教她了！
