早餐丰富，自驾方便，车位多，停车免费。专门儿童房间设置，房间里有故事书、儿童牙具、儿童拖鞋、热气球床、帐篷等配置，酒店里面有儿童泳池、机器人游乐区、儿童乐园，小孩很喜欢，全家度过一个非常愉快的假期。正值中秋节，酒店里面节日气氛浓厚，还有大三元精品月饼。中餐厅的米饭🍚是恒大自家产的，非常香糯可口。在小区内的林荫道散步，很惬意。增城恒大真棒👍

住的很舒适，前台服务超级好，特别是朱小姐姐，帮忙办入住超级迅速，还详细介绍了酒店的产品，房间的设施齐全，床很舒服，睡下去都不想起来了，工作人员会主动跟我们问好，很热情，可惜因为天气原因不能续住，下次过来还是优先选择恒大酒店，比心全酒店工作人员

送孩子上学选择了该酒店，不愧是星级酒店，房间大，装饰优雅，卫生间很宽敞而且淋浴间和厕所是分开的非常合理，还有一个大浴盆。大床房的床好大，还有阳台喲，站在阳台上可以观风景，广州的绿化非常棒，真是高、大、上。大堂服务员服务态度很好，还给我房间升级了的，真是体贴。服务态度和服务质量杠杠的，下次还会选择入住！
