酒店很方便，离旅游景点都很近，但是酒店设施真的很一般，没有四星的标准，价格其实也不便宜！希望在卫生、设施方面多加完善！

酒店位于西湖边的南山路上，距离西湖边很近。这次入住的是豪华家庭房，房间很大，一张2米的大床和一张1.1米的小床，房间还配了一个电脑，可以免费上网。房间靠路边，晚上会有些吵。这间房非常不好的就是，沐浴间和房间连接的玻璃是透明的，人在里面洗澡，外面看得清清楚楚，至少应该配个隔帘之类的。

酒店虽然小，但是服务员素质很高。房间不大，但整洁干净。不过窗户不隔音，建议不要住靠马路的景观房。在西湖边，去玩确实很方便。

在西湖边上，地理位置很好，早餐很好，是现做的，服务员素质好，就是在美院边上，有考级的音乐生竟然在早上6点不到就开始在酒店里拉琴，影响了我的睡眠！持续了1小时，酒店工作人员竟然没有出面制止！

1。虽然在马路边上，但酒店门面太小，没来过的不容易找到。
2。服务人员挺热情，可设备维护不到位。本人晚上观赏印象西湖回来，
居然被锁在门外，折腾到半夜，最后请来供应商把门锁给拆了才完事。
3。除了内装稍为古典些，基本上就像锦江之星或168那麽简单。

早餐很好, 服務員也不錯. 但房間有很多問題, 上網很慢, 機頂盒當機, 最過份是洗澡的水壓忽大忽小, 忽冷忽熱, 根本不能舒服的洗澡。

酒店还不错，服务人员很热情，房间虽然小了点但是还是挺干净的，距离西湖和步行街比较近，如果去旅游的话这家店还不错，周围环境好，很方便
