订的是双人房，但是房间很小，环境很干净。离西湖很近，走过去几分钟的时间，适合我们带小孩的。

非常满意，不论位置还是服务，价格虽然高了点，但对于游玩西湖方便程度来说不算高，前台美眉和客房服务人员都非常热情，一说话就笑眯眯的让人感觉很舒服
