房间环境相当差。回来之后，跟老公都得了丘疹性荨麻疹，奇痒难忍，吃尽了苦头，医生一看就是问我去了哪里，说是虫子咬引起的。窗还是破的，根本关不上，空调声音也非常响，极度影响晚上睡眠。十分后悔入住！最不如家的如家！

酒店很方便，就在西湖边上，离河坊街也近，就是酒店自己没有停车场，要停到对面的西湖景区，只能免费停到第二天早上8:00，超过10元一小时，这点很不方便。

住的非常不愉快的一晚，房间小，说是有窗，相当于没有，房间内不开空调太热，开空调直对床不舒服，隔音非常非常不好，一晚没睡！
