酒店位置还可以 但是房间很少 而且房间里的被子还是烂的 隔音效果不好 隔壁房间拉窗帘 听得清清楚楚 酒店里面得毛巾看起来像是用了很久一样 房间里的Wi-Fi也用不了 电视和电脑是一起的 电视有时还会卡住 反正住了两个晚上有出现电视卡住的情况 电脑的网超级慢 进网页都要等很久 根本可以说是上不了网 总的来说不怎么满意 最主要是连Wi-Fi都没有

就在柳浪闻莺对面，很好找，离西湖很方便，环境也还不错。免费早餐很棒，每人一个托盘，有米粥、鸡蛋、臊子面、橙汁，一个人吃不了。小朋友单独给的米粥和鸡蛋，服务态度很好。

最大的优势是位置，离西湖柳浪闻莺景点很近。房间不小，设施也不错，但年头有点长了，隔音不太好，清早隔壁小孩看动画片 很吵。反正有缺点也有优点，不过分讲究的话，在西湖边上，这个价格，还能接受

酒店很好，就在西湖边。环境一级棒！交通也很便利。店家也很热情，设施可能和大酒店没法比，但是外部环境已经弥补了这些缺点。不错，很愉快的一次入住！

酒店房间的环境还可以，装修风格典雅*只是房间临街且在二楼，到了晚上很嘈杂*酒店位置很好，临近西湖*美中不足的是，管理太差，服务水平与近900的房价完全不成正比*早餐虽然简单，但是味道不错！
