总体满意，环境很好，距离西湖很近，步行3分钟就能看到西湖，店内干净整洁，老板也很热情。但是有两个不太满意的地方，电视和电脑是共用一个电视机屏幕，互相转换的时候很麻烦，网速太慢了，上网查些资料好长时间才打开，另外最重要的一点，不知道是杭州气候原因还是因为别的，床单被子都潮潮的，之后我去舟山一家旅馆住的时候也是潮湿，浙江都这样吗？我建议老板买一个可以烘干的设备，顾客累了一天可以有干爽的床睡觉，我不了解南方人民的生活习惯，可是对于从北方过来的我们来说，潮湿的床我们确实睡不着。

房间的确不错还有按摩浴缸，可惜不能用。出门就是西湖交通也方便，就是房间里烟味太重，对我来说开窗不安全加太吵，不开窗几乎要窒息，一个晚上没睡好。

一般吧，还不如快捷酒店。连WIFI都没有。。。洗头膏，沐浴液瓶子都是空的。。。价格还不便宜。。。以后不会订这家了。

位置不错，离西湖很近，周围景点很多，离吴山广场和清河坊仿古街也很近，步行十分钟即可到达；到火车东站有直达公交车，非常适合外地游客旅游入住，酒店还提供家庭房，适合两个大人带一个孩子使用，非常方便；但是对于大多数酒店来讲的标配：免费wifi，该酒店却不提供，这个说不过去啊。

马路对面就是号称人间天堂的西湖，酒店附近的小吃不多，但是都很精美。交通便利。推荐。下次来，还会住。
