酒店工作人员周到齐全热情服务，感谢前台小姐姐Vincy耐心，入住第一时间递了有温度的??曲奇，酒店设施设备很完善，房间也很新，房间乾净整洁，住的很舒服。酒店工作服务人员都很好，Vincy很礼貌，很主动，周边兴隆湖很美周末休假值得一去得打卡。期待下次入住

酒店不错，当班经理Vincy很细致，来酒店办理入住手续的时候恰巧遇到团到店，Vincy帮办理了，并帮把行李送到了房间，还贴心帮忙做了房型升级感谢??，房间视线很好很宽敞，舒适乾净?温馨，酒店店员工作人员也热情周到，环境氛围也是温暖，早餐也不错，住酒店期间感谢Vincy小美女的贴心服务，很满意的一次入住体验，下次来兴隆湖还是会继续光顾，大家可以毫无顾虑的冲冲冲。

酒店工作人员都很热情，办理入住过程很顺畅，cordelia小姐姐详细説明了酒店的各项设施，酒店早餐很不错，种类丰富，酒店设施也很齐全，健身房泳池都有，房间视野很好，可以看到兴隆湖，而且早餐也很丰富味道不错，这次入住体验感超好！

参加单位活动，因为带娃所以订了这个酒店，因为我看携程宣传説是有小童乐园，结果説是因为前一天下雨了，所以小童乐园没有开，然后因为是新开的酒店，所以味道还是有点重，后面酒店拿了空气净化器稍微好一些，感觉还是不适合带娃住。本来想打差评，经理处理问题还是比较及时，就按处理后的情况来打分。
餐食：自助早餐还是很丰盛的，是登记制进入餐厅。
服务：入住当天有大型培训，服务响应还是不及时，然后客房电话居然没有告知前台电话怎么打，我都是思考了半天，最后凭经验打通的，也是不容易。后面联系上经理，处理问题还是比较及时和妥帖的。
小童玩乐：离兴隆湖很近，景色还是不错，但是没有小童乐园，也没有小童相关活动。
环境：新开的酒店，设备设施都很新，乾净整洁，但是房间里面的味道还是有点。
总的来説，我觉得还是不适合亲子，商务什么的还是挑不出毛病的。

Hotel is very clean and new. Amenities like gym and pool are very nice and indoors. Room is spacious and nicely lit. But take note this is away from city area and the surrounding areas outside are not as lively. Good for a quiet getaway. Didi is also easily available.

带娃来兴隆湖这家酒店就对了！设计感不错，就连花园植物配置、地下停车场设施都看的出走心！只是空调降不了温，本来一切都是很完美，晚上睡觉质量有影响，这点一定要解决。
